Signed contract for the construction of WWTP in Kranea, Elassona
On Tuesday, July 27th 2021, was signed a contract for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment plant in the settlement of Kranea, Elassona. The contract was signed between the Mayor of the Municipality of Elassona, Mr. Gatsa, and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Elassona, Mr. Tzioumaklis, with Mr. Tolios, Chairman and CEO of TEDRA Group and Mr. Gliaos, Environmental Department Director.
According to Mr. Gatsas, it is a project of special importance for the local community which ensures the quality of life of the inhabitants, upgrading the urban environment and protecting the aquifer of the wider area.
The project, with a total budget of € 1,592,845.53, is funded by the PA (Partnership Agreement for the Development Framework) of Thessaly 2014-2020.
